RATE PERIODS:
PEAK - 20 Dec to 10 Jan =10 Night Minimum
SHOULDER - 11 Jan to 31 Jan, Long weekends, Easter = 3 Night Minimum
OFF PEAK - Rest of year = 2 Night Minimum
BEACH HOP = 4 Night Minimum - special rate applies
