PEAK - 20 Dec to 10 Jan = 10 night minimum
SHOULDER - 11 Jan to 31 Jan, Long weekends, Easter = 3 night minimum
OFF PEAK - Rest of year = 2 night minimum
BEACH HOP - Special Rate Applies = 4 night minimum
