Jordan moved to the Whangamata area four years ago, drawn by both her love for the community and her goal of building a career in real estate. With her parents having been long-time participants in the iconic Beach Hop, Whangamata has always held a special place for her and is filled with many fond family memories.



Growing up with a builder for a father, Jordan was naturally exposed to the world of property from an early age. Having lived in homes that were often built from the ground up or thoughtfully renovated, she developed a genuine appreciation for the process of buying, selling, and creating a home. This background has also given her a keen eye for the potential a property may have with a DIYer attitude.



Outside of real estate, Jordan loves an active lifestyle. She enjoys playing various sports, spending time in and around the ocean, and heading into the bush for overnight tramps or 4WD camping trips with her partner in their rooftop setup. These adventures reflect her love for the outdoors and the unique lifestyle that Whangamata and Whiritoa offer.
