Other amenities are: 1 x TV,Sky decoder(must bring own card),internet available on request(skinny rates will apply),wood burner, electric & gas heaters, 2 x fridge/freezer, 2 x microwaves,Coffee machine. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, fully fenced, space on lawn for parking, Pets on application, NO Tents, No Wheelchair access.

RATES: Refundable Bond $200, Cleaning Fee $110, Peak $500p/n, Shoulder $400p/n, Off Peak $300p/n, Beach Hop $600p/n. (May be possible to rent house on its own with out sleepout - rates for this to be negotiated accordingly.)Will do special rates for school holidays on request.

RATE PERIODS:
PEAK - 20 Dec to 10 Jan and Beach Hop.
SHOULDER - 11 Jan to 31 Jan, Long weekends, Easter.
OFF PEAK - Rest of year.
