Real estate with a weird accent, gumboots on, and absolutely no interest in pretending to be someone I’m not.
I’m down to earth, hard working, slightly animal-obsessed, and known to go the extra mile — usually with horse hair on my clothes and a coffee gone cold somewhere nearby. I believe real estate doesn’t need more flash, fake smiles, or awkward dance videos. People just want someone real, honest, and willing to work their tail off for them. That’s where I come in.
Originally from a previous life as Director of Food & Nutrition at a hospital in Chicago, USA, I swapped hospital corridors for open homes and haven’t looked back. Somewhere in between, I also became a Pilates instructor, because apparently I enjoy jobs that involve long hours and helping people.
I also successfully ran my own real estate business for three years — and yes, despite the “oh shame, you didn’t make it on your own” comments… I absolutely did make it, and I did well! But eventually I got a bit tired of having sales meetings by myself and attending Christmas parties solo, so joining a team again felt like the right move.
I love houses, architecture, property styling, and creating beautiful videos of homes… just don’t ask me to star in them. I’d much rather be behind the camera talking to your dog than filming myself doing a dramatic walk up the driveway.
Clients often say I’m approachable, genuine, and easy to have a laugh with — mostly because I’m more than happy to laugh at myself first. I value family, loyalty, honesty, and good communication, and I genuinely care about the people behind every sale.
If you’re looking for high heels, slick sales talk, and rehearsed one-liners, I’m probably not your agent.
But if you want someone real, reliable, hardworking, and completely committed to getting the best result for you — preferably while wearing gumboots — we’ll get along famously.
