Sharon got an after school job to service her share when her family collectively bought their first holiday home in Whangamata; a kiwi bach on a full site in Barbara Ave for $16,000. Fast forward to 1986 and Whangamata became home when she and husband Richard became locals, started Laurenson Electrical Ltd and went on to raise their three children. Sharon had a close association with Whangamata Real Estate right from those early days so it was a natural choice when she became a qualified salesperson and started selling real estate back in 2000. Sharon has a very thorough knowledge of the property market.
